I have ordered so items from cookieskid on the 19 November 2020 and today the 3rd 2021 and the tracking from asendia showing Received by US Carrier since the 24th november. Contacted to customer service and they have no idea what happened and they told me they have put a query to the shipper and this will take 45 days. My order number is 4369239 and this is the worst online shopping that i came across! I hope a competent person can contact me for this
After two uses we noticed the seam on my son's water was completely apart. It was hard to tell at first because the rubber covered it. I contacted the company they said one you open the package it's not their problem

So far I've had great service from this company. I've been ordering from them since about 2010
Cookieskids is good for low prices, but it shows in their customer service and resolution of issues with orders.
One shopping experience was more than enough for me, and I am glad to never shop there again.
They need to carry sizes bigger than a size 16 for girls. Their selection for plus size is very limited. It would also be good if they carried size 6 in girls footwear as well.
I am not very happy with this company and their lack of care. I ordered a $25 backpack and received a cheap $2 pair of child's sunglasses instead. Customer support wasn't very nice or helpful either I don't recommend buying from them!

Never received product 10 days later still processing customer service is horrible arrogant as ever sounds like the same rep ever time I call and this company seems to have no management available I am now seeking a refund let's see how that goes
I bought a camera via Walmart. Tried returning it a couple times but Walmart's system was always down. Called CS and they sent a shipping label and I mailed the camera back. They received it on February 26th. I didn't receive a notification until a week later saying I should see my refund in 3-5 business days. That was on March 4th. I still don't have my damn refund!!! I've sent several emails to customer service with absolutely no response!! This company has atrocious CS and are thieves and con artists!!!
CookiesKids is a not a good company to buy from. I purchased a set of earbuds as a holiday gift. One of the two never powered on... they refused to replace if refund unless I paid return shipping. They first waited to respond to my customer service inquiry... then refused to help... talked in circles. They should be ashamed. Will be sharing my experience with online retailer as well. Do not buy from them!
I bought something for my granddaughter. She opened it at Xmas. It was the first time the bag was ever opened, and I noticed an outfit missing. My granddaughter was disappointed but I thought I would get a refund and buy her it again. But no!!!! I have been emailing, chatting, calling them only to be ignored. Then after 10 emails they told me they would not even listen to me cause I threw the bag away.! I still am fighting for my refund. I even found the bag and they told me they put into investigation with the carrier?!! That doesn’t make sense. I got the bag, it was fine. They forgot to put an item in there! One person even called me a lair. Saying she KNOWS it was in there! Not one person has listened to me. And after days, I’m still fighting for a $6.99 refund! DO NOT BUY from them
I placed an order and when I received it I was missing an item. The first customer service representative was so rude. She wanted pictures of the clothes I got, the bag it came into and more! What good is pictures if I’m missing an item?!?!! So I’ve contacted them 8 times because the first person didn’t help me. Never heard from them again. I’m never buying from them again all I asked was for a refund simple as that.m

I loved this site so much for my son's name brand clothes until something happened with my order It was sent back but they started making different excuses to not send the refund I called once and got hung up on they once I kept calling after no one has answered. It's very upsetting. Bad business.
